BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS INTEROPERABILITY

Management, analysis, design, development, and deployment of both internal and external systems integrations using SeeBeyond’s e*Xchange and e*Gate suites of products for a business-to-business and commerce-enabled start-up Internet initiative.  Apex consultants both staffed and managed the project teams  responsible for business process modeling and the development and deployment of the resulting systems interfaces.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Designed and developed an In-transit Shipment project - this intranet capable application provides in-transit shipment information to receiving distribution centers of a major Vision Care Provider, significantly increasing inventory control.  This application directly connects two AS/400 midrange computers to the Intranet and is used by 35 users in 6 different countries.

Developed a Service Request Database for a $1.3 billion division of a medical device manufacturer.  This application allows the Operations/Help Desk support group to enter service requests as well as track and manage projects.  This includes database tables for projects, issues, change requests, technology groups and resolutions.  The resource allocation module add-on will  make this a true project management tool.
